Where can I find my order confirmation? 

  • After you submit your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
  • ​Please make sure to check your email's spam folder as well.
  • ​Please contact us if you still have not received a confirmation email. 

     

    When can I expect my order to arrive? Do you provide a tracking number? 

    • For both Hawaii Outerisland and U.S. Mainland orders, expect up to 10 days processing time and 2-5 days shipping depending on your address and size of order. Orders larger than 24 gallons will take more time to process and ship. 

    • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped out. 

     

    I just placed an order and need to make a change. 

    • Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any changes.

    • Changes cannot be guaranteed if we are notified more than 24 hours after an order is placed.

     

     

    My order has arrived damaged. What are my options? 

    • Please contact us . Provide as many detailed pictures of the damage as this is required to submit a claim to the shipping company. 

     

    My order has not arrived. 

    • If it has been longer than 2 weeks since your order was placed and you still have not received your order, please contact us. 

     

    I will be late to pick up my order. Can I pick up my order later during the week?

    • Yes, you can pick up your order anytime later during the week. We are open Monday - Thursdays 7am - 2:30pm.
