ORDERING

Not for pick up at factory. Shipping to Hawaii and U.S. Mainland is available, excluding PO Boxes for 12 pack gallons. Only listed flavors can be ordered; unclear selections will delay processing.  Samples are available for purchase for uncertain choices. No returns or exchanges.

LARGE ORDERS
Orders over 30 gallons are not insured by FEDEX/UPS. For such large orders, ocean freight shipping is recommended, taking 5-7 weeks with additional charges. FedEx/UPS shipping for large orders is at your own risk, with a breakage rate of 1 in 200. Contact us for ocean freight details.

SHELF LIFE
Harders syrups last 1 year from production; expiration dates are on bottles. Refrigeration is not needed, except for Sugar-Free syrups which last 60 days in the fridge. Consider shelf life when ordering.

LEAD TIME
Orders usually take 3 business days to build, longer for over 24 gallons.
